At Mazidah, every item is more than a product — it’s a story in motion. We partner with artisans and makers across the region to deliver your curated treasures with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Fulfillment

Each order on Mazidah is carefully prepared by the artisan or vendor you purchased from. As a multi-vendor marketplace, your order may arrive in multiple shipments if it includes items from different sellers.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (unless otherwise stated on the product page)
  • Made-to-order items: may require additional time — this will be clearly noted

Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Egypt (local delivery)
  • Saudi Arabia, UAE, and selected GCC countries
  • International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Egypt: 3–5 business days
  • Gulf countries: 7–14 business days, and may take longer depending on vendor processing times, customs clearance, and courier coverage
  • Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier coverage

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The origin of the artisan or vendor
  • Package size and weight

You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

Note: Some items may qualify for free or discounted shipping — look for this on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order anytime via your Order Status Page.

Shipping Exceptions & Notes

  • PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO boxes — a physical address is required
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Delayed delivery: During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take longer. We'll always notify you of any delays.
